Ready to try something new? Roll up your sleeves and learn the secret to making great tasting chocolate with Laughing Gull Chocolates’ owner and Chief Chocolatier, Lindsay Tarnoff. During this hands on session, participants will practice the art of truffle-making from ganache to dipping while engaging in a conversation about the history of chocolate. You will go home with a small assortment of truffles and endless bragging rights as a chocolate connoisseur! We kindly ask each attendee to bring $10 to cover the cost of the truffles you will be making to take home.
