Happy New Year! What are your dreams for 2017? Visualization is such a powerful exercise and tool that we can utilize. We are doing it all of the time, (much of it unconsciously) creating what we consistently feel and think about. Let’s start the new year by using this powerful tool with conscious intention to set the tone for an amazing 2017! Dr. Laelle Martin of Laelle Chiropactic & Family Wellness and Holistic Moms Network Tacoma Chapter Co-Leader will lead us through the process of creating a personal vision board with affirmations of the things you want to manifest in your life. We’ll bring the boards, glue, scissors, and some images. You bring your hopes and dreams and any magazines you have and are willing to share and cut up, or other images you have collected for this purpose. Let’s create together in a supportive community!
