Exploring the nervous system and how it supports us in regulating is an essential tool in our fast paced lives. During the evening, Padma will offer details about what these essentials are and how to apply them not only to one’s self but to your family.
Our time together will be spent in some lecture in addition to an opportunity to explore what your own regulation looks like and how to apply a few basic tools to change any habits that aren’t working for you.
Please join us to explore and be curious in how to support yourself and your family in learning how to respond, rather than react, to life’s intensities. A useful skill to have for any person and family!
