Please join us for our February Monthly Meeting with local Intuitive Healer, Sarah Thorpe.
We are both Matter and Energy and the way we take care of ourselves should reflect that. Most people are really good at knowing they need to tend the physical body by having a healthy diet, exercise, sleeping enough, taking vacations, nurturing the body (bubble baths and pedicures).
Identifying what nourishes the spiritual self and claiming the time to feed and nourish our energy body is not always as easy. Sometimes the biggest obstacles we face come from within our own mind.
Sarah will identify some practices that tend the spirit and energy body, and lead the group in an experiential meditation exercise that they can use at any time.
**Monthly meetings are Free, open to the public, and children are welcome! (unless otherwise specified). We meet upstairs at Immanuel Presbyterian Church in Tacoma, WA. Parking is available in the lot behind the building, enter through the doors at the back of the church and follow the signs down the hall and up the stairs to our meeting room.
