Join us for our first Mom’s Night Potluck! Bring a dish to share and come learn with other moms about how to create a holistically happy and healthy holiday season. We want to talk about boundaries, emotional regulation, self-care practices, and how to manage the many stressors of the holiday and winter season so that you, Mom, can come out healthy and happy on the other side.

We’ll have a little time afterwards to chat as well!
Please bring a dish to share – we’d love to try your favorite holiday dish you love to share.
Kids and family are welcome, but we’d highly recommend bringing another person (dad, aunt, partner) to hang with any young kids during Mom-to-Mom time.
