Join us for an HMN evening meditation. We will discuss the various benefits of meditation and offer ideas and encouragement to fit meditating into your lifestyle and hopefully tap into that inner calm more easily. After about a half hour discussion, we will do a simple meditation together. Everyone is welcome whether you have been meditating for years or are new to it. Evening will be led by HMN member Tuuli Massignan, who has been meditating for over 15 years.
