Join us for a new fitness experience as we attend a Nia class at CORE/El Centro in Walker’s Point. Nia is a fun, individualized aerobic activity often called “meditation in motion.” Nia combines the martial arts, dance arts, and healing arts. A cardiovascular fitness program, Nia is an energizing, refreshing way to move–appropriate for all fitness levels and ages. Come and join us for some fun!
