Event: Join us for a relaxing evening of QiGong

QiGong (chee-gung) is a simple to learn form of exercise that combines deep breathing with movements designed to both relax and rejuvenate body and mind.  Jo Chern, Director of Five Elements QiGong & Certified QiGong instructor will give us a little history on the health promoting mother form of QiGong, followed by a few forms.  Please feel free to wear comfy clothing.
