Somah explains how it can all start with “Thanks-giving” and then we look at what we desire to manifest. Use this time of year to quiet your thoughts enough to really be productive in your powers.
It all starts with Gratitude.. However, often that starts with awareness..and that most often is birthed by inner silence. When we understand the root cause of something, we can change it.
H O W?
As we alter the breath, it can take us to different states of consciousness. We are playing with carbon atoms in the blood. We access different responses to the nervous system. Meaning, when you are nervous, your brain can be trained, by breath and guided thought, to respond differently.
Somah grew up as a competitive figure skater, topping out as a Professional World level competitor. She then coached for over 20 years. She left that world in 2007 and dove deeply into wholistic living and yoga. By 2011 she found herself traveling to India 2-3 times per year to deepen her wisdom of Yoga, meditation and Ayurveda. She developed a Yoga Teacher Training program, sanctioned through Yoga Alliance and began sourcing Essential oils directly from sustainable organic farmers, globally.
As Somah has merged Affirmative Yoga and Savitur Botanicals, she’s found an enjoyable niche in combining the two and educating those that desire to deepen their personal relationship to nature and improve mental and physical wellness.
She is the mother of three fabulous boys and loves to ride her motorcycle through the Himalayan mountains!
