Event: June Gathering: Fair Play (Better Balancing the Invisible Workload with Your Partner and Family)

June 13, 2022 @ 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm

You’ve likely seen a slew of “moms do it all” articles — validating your experience that moms are exhausted and burnt out, not just from the physical demands of caregiving, but even more so the constant mental checklists, emotional tugs-of-war, and invisible work nobody sees or appreciates.
In her book “Fair Play,” author Eve Rodsky has developed a practical time- and anxiety-saving system that offers couples a completely new way to divvy up chores and responsibilities.
In this gathering, we’ll discuss the toxic time messages that have eroded our sanity, identity, careers, and marriages, and demonstrate how the Fair Play Method can help your family prioritize what’s important, rebalance assumed roles, and allow you to reclaim time and space for yourself.
Join us via Zoom. Pre-register yourself to receive the code. https://us02web.zoom.us/…/tZEqde…
About the Speaker:
Diana Forbes has been a certified life coach for 11 years with a focus on helping “moms who do too much” to scale down their decision fatigue, prioritize their schedule and sanity, and free up more guilt-free time, focus, and energy for themselves. She recently became one of the first 18 professionals to get certified with Eve Rodsky as a Fair Play Method Facilitator.
Diana and her husband live in Herndon with their 9-year-old daughter. Previous to taking her coaching practice full-time, she juggled it alongside motherhood and full-time work as a federal employee. She has also gained valuable work/life balance experience as an elementary school teacher and arts program manager.
