Join us for a discussion on Lyme Disease with Dr. Joseph Salamone on a special day. Our monthly meeting will be on a THURSDAY this month, so Dr. Salamone can join us and share his expertise.
Dr. Salamone will cover the basics of Lyme disease, co-infections, medical, and holistic treatment options. Western Blot testing will be discussed and explained, along with case history presentations. Pictures of atypical presentations, and mimicking diseases will be discussed, and complicating factors such as electromagnetic field exposure and chronic illness will also be explained.
Dr. Joseph D. Salamone, D.C., DAAPM, FRCCM is a 1988 cum laude graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic. Dr. Salamone founded the American Academy of Hospital Chiropractors, where he was one of four in the country to be on-call in the emergency room. He teaches internationally, and lectures nationaly. Dr. Salamone has been in private practice for over 30 years in Fairfield, NJ. He was the official team chiropractor for the NJ/NY Metrostars soccer team, and is also a generous supporter, volunteer, and member of The Shriner’s Children Hospitals throughout the US. Dr. Salamone also co-founded the West Essex Lyme Disease Support Group in Essex County, NJ.
Dr. Salamone has been treating Lyme disease and co-infection patients for over 30 years. His knowledge of homeopathic treatments, herbs, and vitamins, along with traditional medical treatments allow him to successfully combine chiropractic care for the chronically ill patients.
