Event: MAY 2018 The Skill of “Being Grounded”

May 8, 2018 @ 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm

Have you forgot what it feels like to be relaxed and grounded? Modern life keeps us busy and depleted, but it does not have to be that way. Please join us for an evening of learning the skill of “being grounded.” Angela Stevens, COTA, CST will share how to attain thisstate of awareness and help us to feel the sensation of being grounded so that we can bring the sensation and important skill to our everyday life.
Angela Brings to her work a depth of life experience and education. Her experiences as the mother of four grown children, and the grandmother of six beautiful grandchildren, partnered with thirty plus years of education in various forms of energy work, body work, anatomy, physiology, and psychology of the human element, allow her a broad understanding of how the body works as an integrated whole. She maintains a private practice in which she integrates skills from her Occupational Therapy background, extensive training and experience as a CranioSacral and Somato Emotional Release Therapist, as well as Lymph Drainage, Reiki, and her natural gifts of intuition about what the body may need to heal.
Monthly meetings are open to members and first time visitors. Children and family members are welcome.
Please RSVP to the Facebook event page (not required, but helpful):
