We welcome our guest speaker, psychotherapist and licensed professional counselor Kristin Belkofer, who will kick off the event. We’ll have time to chat afterwards about HMN and all that we offer. Plus there are door prizes including an HMN Membership, and coupons and certificates for several of your favorite local purveyors, shops and services!
About the event: Kristin will share an overview on how COVID is impacting mental health for moms and families in general. We’ll touch on the heaviness you may be feeling, and talk about why it’s important to have play, meaning, ritual, and rewards to lift some of this heaviness. She’ll conclude her presentation with a body mapping activity. Please print the linked form and bring it with you along with a few colored pencils or crayons.
