Parenting School Age Children During COVID-19
Adults and children alike, have all been experiencing something unfamiliar and uncomfortable during the pandemic. Feelings related to the endless uncertainties and lack of control in our lives, have caused so much stress, anxiety and fear. As a result, parenting can be more challenging and our home environment can seem more chaotic.
Let’s gather for a conversation to address some of these very real issues and concerns. As always, I encourage principles and practices in mindful parenting. Therefore, we’ll focus on ways to create more calm, compassion, creativity, confidence and consistency in your family.
