Dr. Layne Linebaugh is a Chiropractor, Author, Recovery Coach, and a Restorative Yoga Teacher. She specializes in combining gentle, non-force alignment techniques to allow each person to harmonize their physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being.
Layne will guide us through a grounded, supportive Restorative Yoga and Journaling Class. Through this teaching she will allow you to awaken and experience new, deep, inner questions and answers from your body, heart, and soul. You will explore ways to “coach” yourself and fun wisdom for navigating Spring 2021.
Please bring a yoga mat, your journal, a pen and lots of pillows and blankets.
