Join us for our in-person, socially distancing and safe outdoor event!! Jennifer and Scott McClure will host our HMN gathering at their home in Sauk Rapids and guide us through deep relaxation and healing with crystal singing bowls. Crystal singing bowls are a magnificent way to find healing on many levels including emotionally, energetically and physically. Our session will include information on the powers of crystal singing bowls, a verbal meditation and sound therapy as the bowls begin to heal and balance the chakras.
For this event we ask you DO NOT bring children/babies.
What to bring:
~A yoga mat/blanket, reclining chair, or pillows (whatever you find most comfortable to be laying down/reclined back)
~water bottle
~eye covering
~crystals
~anything to help you relax, ie, Essential Oils
