Kick off the new year by learning some of the “why’s and how’s” of budgeting. The meeting will include discussion of how a budget can support your personal priorities and help you meet your goals. The discussion and activities will be both appropriate for and beneficial to those who struggle with finances, those who are financially savvy, and everyone in between. You will walk away from this meeting with action items to support successful financial management for your family and with ideas for teaching your kids about money.
HMN member Katie Gnau is a graduate of Dave Ramsey’s Financial Peace University. She and her husband have been featured on his nationally broadcast radio show to discuss their journey to debt-free living and how budgeting has impacted their life. She also leads two online budgeting support groups, which serve a combined 2,500 families nationwide.
Please note, with this first meeting of 2017, we begin our new schedule of meeting on the third Tuesday of every month at 700p.
Holistic Moms Network is a national non-profit organization providing information and support for people interested in natural living, holistic health, and gentle parenting.
