Kathy Papineu is the owner of MKEKitchen and MKE Localicious, as well as the food truck Soup in a Jar. All of her businesses are focused on supporting the environment, giving back to the community, and healthy eating. She uses local ingredients when possible, and partners with many local organizations with similar missions.
During our August meeting, Kathy will talk about healthy eating during the busy back-to-school time: packing healthy lunches kids will eat, planning healthy dinners during busy school evenings, and more.
