Lean to lacto-ferment fruits and veggies in a hands-on workshop. We’ll discuss the ever-emerging reasons why live, fermented foods can help to heal the gut and lead to thriving physical and mental health. Go home with your own ferment to help support your body during the coming cold and flu season.
