What is a probiotic? Why are fermented foods good for you? How do you make them?

Join us in welcoming our guest speaker as she gives us the know-how on fermented foods. With over 10 years of experience, she will explain why fermented foods are good for us, have us taste some different fermented foods/beverages, and we’ll learn how easy it is to make them. This will be a fun time of learning, tasting, and experimenting!
