We will have a discussion on how we take care of ourselves and in turn are better able to take care of our family. So come ready to talk about your favorite form of self care as we celebrate our motherhood. We will be making bath salts as well, so bring your favorite essential oils scents. If you have none, there will probably be plenty to share. We will also be providing jars and salts. Bring your own mug if you would like to relax with a cup of tea.
