Herbal Medicine Cabinet 101: Ask The Herbalist
A chance to learn about the medicine behind herbal medicine. This class will be focused on helping people understand herbal diagnostic principles and how to separate the marketing hype from the proper use of herbs. This will be a lecture and open discussion based on the questions of the class participants and is offered free as a way to help people make informed choices about their herbal use.
Taught by David Bock, nationally certified in Chinese herbology, as well as a background in Chemistry and Biology; he has been in clinical herbal practice since 1999 and has specific herbal clinical training in cancer care, infertility, HIV/Aids, as well as herbal safety and drug-herb interactions.
