Join us to learn the basics of body energy work and take home simple skills you can apply for greater happiness and well-being.
Has the new year brought you a renewed focus on taking care of yourself? Have you thought about learning to take care of your body’s energy systems? Tuning into our energy body is easy, quick, and can switch our emotions and health in a few moments. When we tune into our energy bodies with our intention we can truly change our lives physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
Eastern and ancient medical models have been based on energy for thousands of years. Ancient traditions teach us how to access and care for our energy body through simple movement. During the industrial revolution, we have focused on the physical world and many of us have forgotten or never learned how to consciously engage the energetic body. Join us and our guest teacher, Tanya Renner as she leads an experiential meeting sharing some of the below:
-intro to several energy systems (Meridian, Chakras, Radiant Circuits, etc.)
-basic ways to work with the energy body using the hands and body movements
-short daily energy strengthening routine and/or a partner exercise
-intro to -working with kids and energy
-focus on a particular topics and specific energy techniques
