Event: Monthly Meeting: Introduction to Nutritional Therapy – How to Find Your Keys to Vibrant Health with Laura Villanti, Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and Certified GAPS Practitioner

February 8, 2016 @ 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm

Do you ever ponder the following? How come there is so much conflicting information out there on diet and nutrition? What foods are really best for me? What comprises nutrient dense properly prepared foods? How come I am challenged with losing weight even with a great diet and sufficient exercise? What are some simple steps I can take for myself and my family that will get us on a better path to health? What are the most important food and nutritional foundations to focus on to attain more vibrant health? How do the core nutritional foundations affect my sleep, energy, brain sharpness, memory, mood, metabolism, skin, learning and attention, endocrine (thyroid, adrenals, female hormones), immune system strength and more? How to know what nutrients are lacking in your diet?  If so, then you will love learning about Nutritional Therapy.  Nutritional Therapy uses many tools – health and lifestyle review, food journals, Nutritional Health Assessment, Functional Evaluation, Lingual Neuro Testing and more.  All of this is built upon the most important aspect of all… a nutrient dense, properly prepared whole food diet.  Join us as we learn the nutritional foundations for vibrant health with Laura Villanti.  Laura is a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and a Certified GAPS Practitioner.  She is active in the community as a volunteer chapter leader for the Weston A Price Foundation, an international, non-profit nutritional foundation. Her practice is At Home With Wellness, LLC which provides nutritional therapy, digestive health and optimal wellness consulting and education.
