Part of what Shannon will teach us is to use sage, for example, to do a clearing. Be prepared to join us outside as she demonstrates how to use sage in this way.

In addition, Shannon is a Certified Yoga Instructor and is registered with Yoga Alliance. She is dedicated to working with women, mothers, babies, and children. Shannon’s classes are uniquely taught to meet the individual needs of all who attend. No prior yoga experience is necessary for any of her classes. Shannon graduated from the Lakulish Institue of Yoga, Kripalu, Gujarat, India 2006 by Guru Acharya Yogendradev.
Shannon is a legally Ordained Spiritual and Holistic Minister Practitioner, certified to perform religious services. An Ordained Minister Practitioner is privileged to experience the spiritual benefit of the time honored tradition of helping the body, mind and spirit.
