Parenting and caregiving on auto-pilot happens to the best of us. Making a shift toward mindfulness requires trading reactions for responses, replacing habits with conscious choices, and welcoming a regular regimen in self-care. Our July meeting will help you cultivate awareness, acceptance, and attunement in your relationship to yourself and others.
Join Erica Scheifflee for an opportunity to “get real” about caregiving through a presentation about staying in the moment and leaning into the emotion-filled journey. Engage in a guided discussion about cultivating new strategies and adopting a deeper understanding for a conscious caregiving journey.
