Our guest speaker, Jen Tartakoff, L. Ac and Reiki Master, will start us off by teaching basic tools for self care and child care by using practical energy work! She’ll also be teaching a basic intro to acupuncture! After, Jen will be giving mothers complimentary mini reiki sessions!
We also have Monica Syzmonik, Licensed Reflexologist and LMT of Groundwork to Health, who will be offering clothes-on the table massages for $1 per minute. 20% of proceeds go to HMN!
