Take time out for yourself this month! Local practitioners will offer us their healing hands, hearts, and minds. You may choose from reiki, energy healing, essential oils, and reflexology. Between sessions, relax with other moms while you sip some tea, color a mandala, or enjoy wholesome snacks. We may also have a place for stretching and yoga.
You may also participate in our exchange. You are welcome, but not required, to bring something from your house that another would enjoy. This year, our exchange will focus on items that could be used as small gifts, stocking stuffers, and children’s books in nice condition.
