In August the growing season is at its peak. With this abundance of food, we look for creative and simple ways to preserve it. Join the Holistic Moms Network meeting as Abby Randall, chef and owner of The Tomato Vine, will lead a discussion on food preservation techniques and tips for dehydrating, canning, freezing and fermenting to enjoy the season’s bounty year round. Samples will be provided, as well as a kombucha starter. Meeting is free and open to the public.
