Carol Sorenson is the owner of Edible Garden Creations, a garden service company that specializes in helping urban gardeners grow all things edible. Her company provides design, coaching, and installation of organic edible gardens for those wanting vegetable gardens or those wanting to incorporate edibles into existing landscapes. She is passionate about preparing meals with ingredients from her garden or local farmers’ markets and loves to incorporate an abundance of fresh raw foods into every meal. In Carol’s presentation on “Simple Raw Foods For All Ages”, she will demonstrate ways to incorporate raw foods into every meal that are sure to please children of all ages.
