Embrace the warm weather, breathe in fresh air and relaxation, and breathe out tension. Join us for a fun outdoor group yoga session led by Kristin Gourde, certified Yoga Instructor and Holistic Moms member. Learn how yoga can benefit your mind and body, and enjoy a fun yoga class to begin the summer refreshed and energized. Wear comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat if you have one (extra mats will be available). Beginning and experienced yogis are welcome. Note: Yoga session will be inside if raining.
