The Power of Pilates, Hosted by Stacey Jayne (Pilates Instructor) About the art of creating space. One of the things you lose when you have small humans in your life is the space we need to breathe and grow and recover. Pilates helps physically by creating space and strength in the body – finding a mindset and a practice that creates space in our lives is something I sadly don’t see many of my friends (even myself at times) being able to do consistently. Being able to recognize what we need. Being able to seek and ask for what we need. Creating boundaries at home and work. Recognize what you are good at and what skills you could use help with (ie organizational, time management, stress relief etc). All this is a practice. Ups and downs. Community and guidance helps !
