CA - Mt. Diablo (Pleasant Hill - Walnut Creek) Chapter

Event: Monthly Meeting: Power Parenting

March 7, 2016 @ 7:00 pm

If you have ever spent a sleepless night questioning your parenting skills, or you’re confused as to how to cope with a certain situation and feeling frustrated at what your children are saying or doing, then you must come to this presentation, and you’ll leave feeling MUCH better than when you came in!
Dr Beth is known as America’s teen-ologist, and is unlike any other parenting coach you’ve seen.  Her award winning book, Embracing Defiance, Helping Your Child Find Their Unique Voice -While Keeping Your Sanity, is the recipient of the highest level of the Mom’s Achievement Award.  If you’re expecting her to give you the one, perfect answer, you probably won’t get that.  There are no hard and fast rules, though she will guide you to see for yourself exactly what it is you’ll need to do to get the response you’re looking for in your children.  It’s definitely NOT a one-size-fits-all answer.
What I can promise you after working with Dr Beth privately and in a monthly group business setting, is that she will have you look at whatever is troubling you, and have you see it from a completely new angle, and you’ll get insights that’ll help you instantly.  After one 7-minute conversation, she was able to turn around things for me that had been unresolved for years!
Please join us for a relaxed evening in a warm and safe environment – free of judgment.  And bring a friend and any parenting issues you may be grappling with!
