Dr. Hilla Abel is an optometrist turned natural foods chef who is passionate about teaching people the benefits of healthy eating. As a mom, she understands the unique challenges of preparing meals for a family and has made it her mission to show families across the country how to feel confident in creating healthy, enjoyable, and stress-free meals. She is a graduate of the Natural Gourmet Institute for Health and Culinary Arts, and sits on the culinary facuty of Bauman College in Berkeley.
