– Examine the right and left hemispheres as well as the upper, middle, and lower parts of the brain to explore how they affect a child’s behavior.
– Acquire several strategies to confidently respond to even the most challenging behavior
Shannon Meyer, M.Ed is a credentialed teacher as well as parent educator with training in Cognitive Coaching and Positive Discipline. She is passionate about supporting parents and educators in seeing the whole child and exploring how a deeper understanding of our kids helps everyone be happier and healthier. From her experience working students with many behavior issues as well as having two of her own “spirited children,” she has a heart for being sure that both adults and children feel regulated, heard, and safe during difficult times.
