About our guest speaker: Angela is a 500-hour yoga teacher and is currently enrolled in a 650-hour Ayurvedic Health Counselor program. She is mama to Max, 5 and Alena, 2. She has used the principles of Yoga and Ayurveda to stay healthy and vibrant despite medical diagnosis of several autoimmune conditions. Her goal is for others to create intention and ease around food choices and daily habits.
