Sourdough is one of the oldest forms of grain fermentation. It contains higher levels of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants than other breads. And since it contains lower levels of phytate it also allows your body to absorb the nutrients it contains more easily than those in regular bread.
We’ll get to make our own sourdough bread in this hands-on workshop and enjoy tasting it! Children will have an opportunity to help make sourdough bread or play in the Mud Kitchen.
