Event: Weekly Morning Playdate & Make Your Own Fire Cider! (for members)

December 13, 2016 @ 9:30 am - 12:30 pm

‘Tis the season for supporting that Immune system! Spending time with friends and making a fermented tonic are on the menu.

“Fire Cider, also sometimes called Cyclone Cider, Plaque Tonic, or Master Tonic, is an antiviral, antibacterial, and antifungal potion to ward off cold and flu. It boosts immune function, increases blood flow and oxygen delivery, breaks up mucous, and helps your body to remove wastes from tissues. It is taken at the first sign of feeling icky to stop colds and flu in their tracks. It can also be taken preventatively during the winter months to stay healthy. ” – http://www.savorylotus.com/fire-cider-all-natural-cold-and-flu-remedy/

Come and visit, let the kids play, and if you would like to make Fire Cider bring a large (typically I have used a quart size) mason jar and a few dollars to contribute to the cost of supplies. I will gather the ingredients for us. Please let me know if you will be making the Fire Cider for us so that I know about how much to purchase 🙂

This week’s playdate will be hosted at Crystal’s house, please contact for address.
